SHE SHED PROJECT

Our she shed project began with an idea from a picture we had seen in June 2021. We enlisted the help of our trusted Amish contact whom we’ve worked with on numerous other projects. They built the 10x12 shed complete with siding, roofing, back windows and upper windows. They framed out for the entry door and for the side window which we added ourselves. After delivering to our site pad, we began the inside renovations. We drywalled and painted three walls but chose to do a dry-stack stone on the front wall for an accent. We added two original oversized barn doors on the left side wall and chose a stunning gray electric fireplace for heat in cooler months. We added mushroom board to the ceiling for contrast. Barnwood shelving for accents. A tall corner potting bench combined with an open shelving table to hold planting materials completes the finished look.
